10. Implementation.

Next, we Implement the Recommendations described and agreed upon in your Exit Plan in accordance with the "Action Item Checklist". This may entail the drafting of legal documents by our office or outside attorneys, as well as the implementation of recommendations involving your other professional advisors. You may have requested that aspects of your Exit Plan be Implemented immediately or over the course of a prescribed time-frame for budgetary or other reasons. In either event we remain involved through the Implementation Phase so that the process that we have described here achieves your intentions as effectively as possible.
