10. Confirmation

Once we finish the Laureate Plan Implementation, our Team coordinates with third-parties to confirm that assets are properly retitled to your new Living Trust as well as any related trusts and entities we may have formed. We also scan and photocopy each of the legal instruments you executed at the Signing Ceremony and prepare your estate planning portfolio for pick-up. While your estate planning portfolio is generally ready earlier, the confirmations from third parties may take 3-6 weeks.

Most of our clients come in for their estate planning portfolios after we have received all of the third-party confirmations. Others prefer to come in right away, and then have us forward the confirmations as we receive them. Either way is just fine with us. We ask you to let us know what you would prefer at the conclusion of your Signing Ceremony. In either event, one of our Team Members will orient you to your completed estate planning portfolio, and answer any remaining questions you may have.
