Laureate Planning (Estate Value in Excess of $20 Million)

1. Introductory Visit

When you or your trusted advisor contacts our office, our Client Resource Coordinator (or one of our other Team Members), will schedule your Introductory Visit with Matthew Grupp, our Managing Attorney, to discuss you desire for Estate & Asset Protection Planning, and our planning process. We strive to arrange an in person meeting to occur within 5 business days of your call. When it is convenient, we encourage you to bring your other trusted financial or accounting advisors to your Introductory Visit. (If you have matters of confidence regarding which you wish to preserve the attorney-client privilege, those items should be discussed between us privately outside of the presence of third parties or your trusted advisors).

During our Introductory Visit together, we gain a basic understanding of your particular situation and concerns. We learn about existing planning you have accomplished as well as any proposed planning that you and your other advisors may be considering. We explain our Laureate Planning Process and its benefits, and seek to determine whether we are a good fit for establishing an attorney-client relationship. If you and Matthew believe our planning process will benefit you, we will then begin Gathering your Estate.

We generally schedule 30 to 60 minutes for our Introductory Visit together.
