James M. Bendell, Esq.

James M. Bendell is a graduate of the College of William and Mary (A.B.) and Rutgers College of Law (J.D.). He has practiced law in several states and is currently a member of the Washington and Idaho Bar. Jim has gained experience in a wide range of range of legal fields during his 33 years as an attorney. These practice areas include real estate, insurance, personal injury, workers compensation, family law and civil general litigation. He also served two years as a prosecuting attorney and has represented the accused in both felony and misdemeanor cases. While practicing law in Washington Jim also served as a Superior Court Commissioner and Judge Pro Tem in both District Court and Superior Court.  Jim lives with his wife and children in Post Falls, Idaho. He enjoys hunting and fishing.
