4. Foundation Plan Implementation

During the implementation of the Foundation Plan, we prepare all the legal instruments, narratives, and schedules necessary to accomplish your Estate, Asset Protection, and Financial Planning aspirations. The Foundation Plan Implementation culminates in your Signing Ceremony (generally 1 to 4 weeks after your Foundation Planning Visit).

At your Signing Ceremony, we walk you through your family's Estate Planning Portfolio and your legal instruments. We point out the highlights of each of your documents; we also show you how they accomplish each of the planning goals that you shared with us at your Foundation Planning Visit. We present you with an analysis of your existing asset protection planning, income tax, gift tax, estate tax, generation-skipping tax, and possibly business succession planning. If we believe we can offer your family extraordinary results, we will offer to continue the engagement to provide an Integrated Planning design that draws upon the collaborative talents of each of your trusted financial and accounting advisors.

Your Foundation Plan Signing Ceremony generally lasts 2 to 3 hours.
