4. Foundation Planning Implementation

During the Foundation Plan Implementation, we prepare all the legal instruments, narratives, and schedules necessary to accomplish your Estate, Asset Protection, and Financial Planning aspirations. Often we coordinate with your other trusted advisors to implement collaborative planning recommendations. The Foundation Plan Implementation culminates in your Signing Ceremony (generally 1 to 3 weeks after your Foundation Planning Visit).

At your Signing Ceremony, we walk you through your family's Estate Planning Portfolio and your legal instruments. We point out the highlights of each of your documents; we also show you how they accomplish each of the planning goals that you shared with us at your Foundation Planning Visit. Your Signing Ceremony generally lasts 2 hours.
